- 80 g Vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla bean paste
- 1-2 tbsp Lakanto Monk fruit sugar-free maple syrup
- 74 g Strawberries, chopped
Instructions

- Mix Wet Ingredients: Add the unsweetened vanilla almond milk, vanilla Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, vanilla bean paste, and monk fruit sugar-free maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Stir gently until the mixture is uniform and smooth.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the combined mixture into the prepared baking dish or divide evenly among individual ramekins for single servings.
- Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the baked oats are set and the top turns a light golden brown.
- Enjoy: Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Optionally, add more fresh strawberries and drizzle with additional sugar-free maple syrup before serving.
