Ingredients
Southwest Salad Dressing
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Cilantro (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp Water (as needed)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Whisk all the ingredients except the water together in a medium-sized mixing bowl until fully combined and smooth.
- Adjust Consistency: Add water 1 teaspoon at a time, whisking after each addition, until the dressing reaches your preferred consistency. You may not need to use all the water.
- Store or Use: Use the dressing immediately on your salad, or store it in an airtight container or mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
Notes
- You can adjust the honey amount to taste for more or less sweetness.
- If you prefer a spicier dressing, increase the chili powder slightly.
- For a thinner dressing, add more water gradually.
