Ingredients
Chicken
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
Seasoning & Oil
- 2 tbsp homemade ranch seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into 1 to 2-inch chunks. Place them in a container and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of homemade ranch seasoning. Stir well to coat all pieces evenly, then refrigerate and let marinate for 10 to 15 minutes to develop flavor.
- Cook Chicken: Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the seasoned chicken pieces, spreading them out into a single flat layer to ensure even searing. Cook without stirring for 4 to 5 minutes, allowing a golden crust to form. Flip the chicken pieces and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and is cooked through.
- Serve: Remove from heat and serve the ranch chicken bites hot, pairing them with your favorite sides for a satisfying meal.
