Dressing
- 1 1/2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 1 Anchovy
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Toppings
- 2 Heads Romaine Lettuce (washed and chopped)
- Parmesan Cheese (grated, for garnish)
- Ground Black Pepper (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F to prepare for baking the chicken crust.
- Line Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside for the crust.
- Prepare Crust: Combine the canned chicken, egg, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes in a food processor. Pulse until well combined into a consistent mixture.
- Shape Pizza Crust: Transfer the mixture to the lined baking sheet. Using clean hands, press it into a circular shape about 1/4 inch thick. If sticky, lightly oil your palms before shaping.
- Bake Pizza Crust: Place the shaped crust in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes until the crust is golden brown and firm.
- Remove from Oven and Cool: Take the crust out of the oven and allow it to cool completely before adding toppings.
- Prepare Dressing: While the crust bakes, add the plain Greek yogurt, lemon juice, anchovy, garlic cloves, grated parmesan cheese, and ground black pepper to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Wash and Chop Lettuce: Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, then place it in a large bowl along with some grated parmesan cheese.
- Toss Salad: Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the lettuce and parmesan, then toss thoroughly to evenly coat the salad.
- Add Salad to Crust: Once the crust has cooled, pile the dressed Caesar salad evenly on top of the chicken crust.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish the pizza with additional grated parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of ground black pepper if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your Chicken Crust Caesar Salad Pizza!
