Description

Two-ingredient pizza dough is a quick and easy recipe made with just self-rising flour and Greek yogurt, creating a soft, slightly tangy crust that’s ready in under 30 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights, this no-yeast dough is versatile enough for pizzas, flatbreads, breadsticks, and more.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms. Transfer to a floured surface.
  3. Knead for 8–10 minutes, adding flour as needed, until smooth.
  4. Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Spread the dough evenly to the edges.
  5. Bake crust for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Add toppings of choice, then return to oven for another 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • If dough is sticky, add more flour gradually.
  • Add Italian herbs, garlic powder, or spices to the dough for extra flavor.
  • Roll thinner for a crispy crust, thicker for a soft, bread-like base.
  • This dough also works for calzones, garlic knots, or breadsticks.
