Description
Two-ingredient pizza dough is a quick and easy recipe made with just self-rising flour and Greek yogurt, creating a soft, slightly tangy crust that’s ready in under 30 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights, this no-yeast dough is versatile enough for pizzas, flatbreads, breadsticks, and more.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
- In a large bowl, mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms. Transfer to a floured surface.
- Knead for 8–10 minutes, adding flour as needed, until smooth.
- Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Spread the dough evenly to the edges.
- Bake crust for 5–7 minutes.
- Add toppings of choice, then return to oven for another 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- If dough is sticky, add more flour gradually.
- Add Italian herbs, garlic powder, or spices to the dough for extra flavor.
- Roll thinner for a crispy crust, thicker for a soft, bread-like base.
- This dough also works for calzones, garlic knots, or breadsticks.
