Description

This vibrant Tropical Smoothie blends mango, pineapple, papaya, banana, orange juice, coconut milk, and a touch of lime for a creamy, refreshing sip that transports you straight to the tropics.


Ingredients

1 cup frozen mango

1 cup frozen pineapple

½ cup papaya (fresh or frozen)

2 large bananas, cut into pieces

¾ cup orange juice

¾ cup coconut milk

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon lime zest


Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients—frozen mango, frozen pineapple, papaya, banana, orange juice, coconut milk, lime juice and zest—into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping sides if needed and adding a splash of liquid if too thick.
