Ingredients
2 tablespoons green tea leaves
2 cups boiling water
2 parts Green Tea Concentrate
1 part freshly squeezed orange juice
1 part sparkling water
Instructions
- Pour the boiling water over the green tea leaves in a heatproof container.
- Allow the tea to steep for about 4 minutes.
- Strain the tea to remove the leaves and transfer the concentrate to a jar or bottle.
- Chill the concentrate in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add the chilled Green Tea Concentrate (2 parts).
- Pour in freshly squeezed orange juice (1 part).
- Top with sparkling water (1 part) and stir gently.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For a sweetened version, add honey or agave syrup to the green tea concentrate before chilling.
