Ingredients
For the Cinnamon Maple Cream
- 2 tbsp half & half
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 generous pinch flaky sea salt
For the Cold Brew Coffee
- ¾ cup (180 ml) cold brew coffee
Instructions
- Prepare the cinnamon maple cream: In a small bowl or carafe, combine the half & half, heavy cream, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and flaky sea salt. Using a handheld milk frother, whip the mixture for about 1 minute until it thickens and becomes creamy.
- Assemble the drink: Fill a glass with ice and pour in the cold brew coffee, leaving space for the cream.
- Add the cinnamon maple cream: Gently pour the whipped cinnamon maple cream over the cold brew coffee, allowing it to float on top.
- Finish and serve: Sprinkle additional ground cinnamon and flaky sea salt on top as a garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy the perfect blend of salty, sweet, and spicy flavors.

- If you don’t have half & half, substitute with a mixture of 1 tbsp milk and 3 tbsp heavy cream to achieve a similar creamy texture.
