This Salted Maple Cinnamon Cold Brew is a delightful morning pick-me-up featuring cinnamon maple cream seasoned with flaky sea salt poured over smooth cold brew coffee. Ingredients

For the Cinnamon Maple Cream

  • 2 tbsp half & half
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 generous pinch flaky sea salt

For the Cold Brew Coffee

  • ¾ cup (180 ml) cold brew coffee


Instructions

  1. Prepare the cinnamon maple cream: In a small bowl or carafe, combine the half & half, heavy cream, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and flaky sea salt. Using a handheld milk frother, whip the mixture for about 1 minute until it thickens and becomes creamy.
  2. Assemble the drink: Fill a glass with ice and pour in the cold brew coffee, leaving space for the cream.
  3. Add the cinnamon maple cream: Gently pour the whipped cinnamon maple cream over the cold brew coffee, allowing it to float on top.
  4. Finish and serve: Sprinkle additional ground cinnamon and flaky sea salt on top as a garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy the perfect blend of salty, sweet, and spicy flavors.

Notes

  • If you don’t have half & half, substitute with a mixture of 1 tbsp milk and 3 tbsp heavy cream to achieve a similar creamy texture.
