Description

This Pistachio Latte is a rich and creamy coffee drink with the unique, nutty flavor of pistachio milk, sweetened with maple syrup and a touch of vanilla. It’s the perfect combination of warmth and flavor, ideal for a cozy morning or an afternoon pick-me-up. This latte is simple to make and offers a delightful twist on your usual coffee routine.


Ingredients

1/2 cup hot coffee (or hot cold brew)

3/4 cup pistachio milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons maple syrup (or date syrup)


Instructions

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of hot coffee (or cold brew) into a mug and set aside.
  2. Add the pistachio milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup into a milk frother or a small saucepan. Stir to combine. If using a milk frother, froth the milk according to your usual setting. If using a saucepan, heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it’s warm and well combined (but not boiling).
  3. Once the pistachio milk is heated and frothed, pour it gently on top of the prepared coffee.
  4. Stir if desired, and enjoy your creamy Pistachio Latte!

Notes

  • You can substitute maple syrup with agave syrup, honey, or your preferred sweetener.
