Ingredients
1/2 cup hot coffee (or hot cold brew)
3/4 cup pistachio milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup (or date syrup)
Instructions
- Pour 1/2 cup of hot coffee (or cold brew) into a mug and set aside.
- Add the pistachio milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup into a milk frother or a small saucepan. Stir to combine. If using a milk frother, froth the milk according to your usual setting. If using a saucepan, heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it’s warm and well combined (but not boiling).
- Once the pistachio milk is heated and frothed, pour it gently on top of the prepared coffee.

Notes
- You can substitute maple syrup with agave syrup, honey, or your preferred sweetener.
