Description

Pepperoni Rolls are cheesy, golden pizza-dough bites filled with mozzarella and zesty pepperoni. Ingredients

1 tube Pillsbury pizza dough

40 pepperoni slices

10 mozzarella cheese sticks

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Marinara sauce, for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll pizza dough out on a cutting board. Cut into 10 equal rectangles.
  3. Layer 4 pepperoni slices on each rectangle and place 1 mozzarella cheese stick on top.
  4. Roll up the dough around the cheese, pinching seams tightly to seal.
  5. Melt butter and stir in Parmesan cheese. Brush mixture over each roll.
  6. Place rolls seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.

  • Seal seams tightly to prevent cheese from oozing out.
  • Use string cheese for best results—shredded cheese tends to leak.
