Description
A no-bake dessert inspired by Ferrero Rocher chocolates—layers of mascarpone cream, chocolate spread, crisp ladyfingers, and roasted hazelnuts make for an elegant yet easy treat.
Ingredients
Ladyfingers
250 g mascarpone, room temperature
250 g chocolate spread
150 ml milk
55 g chocolate spread (for chocolate mixture)
Finely chopped roasted hazelnuts (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix mascarpone and chocolate spread until smooth. Reserve 40 g for coating; place the rest in a piping bag.
- Heat milk until boiling, remove from heat, and stir in chocolate spread until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
- Pipe cream onto one ladyfinger and sandwich with another. Repeat with remaining ladyfingers.
- Coat sandwich edges with reserved cream.
- Dip sandwiches briefly in cooled chocolate mixture, then roll edges in chopped hazelnuts.
- Place each sandwich on a liner. Pipe a decorative cream dollop on top and garnish with a hazelnut or chocolate piece.
Notes
- Roll in crushed cookies or sprinkles instead of hazelnuts.
- Top with a Ferrero Rocher chocolate for luxury.
- Use cream cheese instead of mascarpone for tangier flavor.
