Mediterranean Pizza is a gourmet-style pie topped with mozzarella, feta, Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and red onions. With a golden crust and Mediterranean herbs, it’s a flavorful and colorful twist on traditional pizza—perfect for weeknight dinners or casual gatherings.
Ingredients
1 pack store-bought pizza dough (approx. 440 g / 15.5 oz)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, sliced in half
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh basil, to top (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 525°F (275°C). Heat a pizza pan in the oven for 5 minutes, then brush it with olive oil.
- Prepare dough according to package instructions. On parchment or a floured surface, stretch into a 12–13 inch circle, leaving a raised crust edge.
- Transfer dough to the hot pizza pan.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Top with mozzarella, then red onion, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, bell pepper, and oregano.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta, season with salt and pepper, and brush crust edges with olive oil.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, top with fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil. Slice and serve.

- Preheat pizza pan or stone to avoid a soggy crust.
