Instructions
- Prepare the Cereal: Place the dry rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl, ensuring there is plenty of room to stir without breaking the cereal pieces.
- Melt Chocolate and Peanut Butter: In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
- Coat the Cereal: Pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture evenly over the cereal. Using a rubber or silicone spatula, gently stir to coat all the cereal pieces without breaking them apart.
- Add Protein Powder: Sprinkle the vanilla vegan protein powder over the coated cereal. Gently stir again to ensure all pieces are completely covered with protein powder.
