Description
Creamy, chocolatey frozen peanut butter Greek yogurt bites that are high in protein and healthy fats. A no-bake, refreshing, and guilt-free snack or dessert option.
Ingredients
1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup powdered peanut butter (PB Fit or PB2)
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Flaky sea salt (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Mix Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Line a plate or tray with parchment. Scoop mixture into 6 portions and freeze 10–20 minutes until firm.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip frozen yogurt bites into chocolate, coat fully, and place on parchment. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Refrigerate until chocolate sets. Store in fridge up to 4 days or freezer up to 1 month.
Notes
- Swap peanut butter for almond or cashew butter.
- Add chocolate chips or crushed nuts to filling.
- Use white or milk chocolate instead of dark.
- Mix in protein powder for extra protein.
- Drizzle caramel or peanut butter on top for garnish.
