Chocolate & Flavorings
- ¼ cup dark chocolate (vegan, chopped)

Instructions
- Soak Dates: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and pour it over the medjool dates. Let them soak for 5 minutes to soften.
- Make Date Paste: Blend the soaked dates with the soaking water until a smooth paste is formed, ensuring no lumps remain for a creamy texture.
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the date paste, date seed coffee, plant-based milk, chopped dark chocolate, cocoa powder, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Heat & Whisk: Whisk the mixture continuously until all ingredients are fully combined and heated through, allowing the chocolate to melt and the flavors to meld evenly.
- Serve: Pour into cups and enjoy immediately. Optionally, top with vegan marshmallows or vegan whipped cream for an indulgent twist.
