Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chopped garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper, Greek seasoning, and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken and coat evenly. Seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best flavor.
- Remove chicken from the fridge and let sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before cooking.
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place marinated chicken breasts in the hot pan. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until a golden crust forms and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- If needed, cover the pan with a lid or foil to help the chicken cook through without drying out.
- Remove chicken from the pan and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
