Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce is a quick and indulgent one-skillet recipe featuring tender, juicy steak bites seared to perfection and coated in a creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce. This easy yet elegant dish comes together in under 30 minutes, making it ideal for weeknight dinners, date nights, or entertaining when you want restaurant-quality flavor with minimal effort.

Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup beef broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat steak bites dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and sear for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in beef broth, scraping the pan to release browned bits. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth.
  6. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For richer flavor, substitute ribeye or NY strip for the sirloin.
  • Add mushrooms or spinach for a heartier dish.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smoother sauce.
  • Do not overcook steak—sear quickly over high heat for best texture.
  • Pairs beautifully with pasta, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.
