Ingredients
12 wonton wrappers
½ pound ground beef or ground turkey
½ cup marinara sauce
½ cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray or oil for greasing muffin tin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic for 2–3 minutes. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Stir in marinara, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer briefly and remove from heat.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup. Fill each with 1 tsp ricotta, 1 tbsp meat sauce, 1 tbsp mozzarella, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool for 3–5 minutes, remove from tin, and serve warm.
