Ingredients
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup maple syrup
1 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8‑inch baking dish or line with parchment.
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, oats, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and baking powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips with a spatula.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean or with moist crumbs.
- Let brownies cool 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into 9 squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.
