- Prepare cottage cheese mounds: Drain any excess moisture from the cottage cheese. Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions and place them onto the baking tray about 2 inches apart. Press down each mound slightly and sprinkle with your choice of seasonings.
- Bake: Bake the cottage cheese mounds for 30 minutes or until the edges become golden brown and crispy.
- Cool: Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool completely on the tray to help them crisp up further.
