Copycat Starbucks Coffee at Home is a refreshing iced coffee drink made with brewed black coffee, milk, caramel sauce, sugar, and espresso, topped with whipped cream. It’s a perfect way to enjoy a Starbucks-style coffee treat in the comfort of your own home.
Ingredients
2 cups ice
3/4 cup brewed black coffee, cooled to room temperature
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup caramel sauce (such as Mrs. Richardson’s)
2 Tbsp. sugar
Pressurized whipped dessert topping
3 oz. prepared espresso or extra-strong brewed coffee, cooled to room temperature
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ice, brewed black coffee, milk, caramel sauce, and sugar. Cover and blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until the mixture is smooth.
- Divide the blended mixture between two glasses. Top generously with whipped dessert topping.
- Pour 1.5 oz. of prepared espresso over the mixture in each glass (do not stir). For an extra touch, drizzle additional caramel sauce on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade coffee treat!

- For a dairy-free version, use your favorite dairy-free milk such as almond, oat, or coconut milk.
