Description

Copycat Starbucks Coffee at Home is a refreshing iced coffee drink made with brewed black coffee, milk, caramel sauce, sugar, and espresso, topped with whipped cream. It’s a perfect way to enjoy a Starbucks-style coffee treat in the comfort of your own home.


Ingredients

2 cups ice

3/4 cup brewed black coffee, cooled to room temperature

3/4 cup milk

1/3 cup caramel sauce (such as Mrs. Richardson’s)

2 Tbsp. sugar

Pressurized whipped dessert topping

3 oz. prepared espresso or extra-strong brewed coffee, cooled to room temperature


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the ice, brewed black coffee, milk, caramel sauce, and sugar. Cover and blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Divide the blended mixture between two glasses. Top generously with whipped dessert topping.
  3. Pour 1.5 oz. of prepared espresso over the mixture in each glass (do not stir). For an extra touch, drizzle additional caramel sauce on top.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade coffee treat!
