Description

Copycat Dunkin Stuffed Everything Bagel Minis are chewy, golden bagel bites filled with creamy cheese and topped with savory everything bagel seasoning. Freshly baked at home, these mini stuffed bagels are perfect for breakfast, snacks, or on-the-go treats—warm, melty, and just like the Dunkin favorite.


Ingredients

1 cup warm water (105°F–113°F)

3/4 tbsp dry active yeast

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 1/4 cups bread flour (plus 23 tbsp extra if needed)

1 tsp salt

4 oz block cream cheese, cold

1 egg white + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning


Instructions

  1. Combine warm water, yeast, and brown sugar in a bowl. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix bread flour and salt in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture. Knead with dough hook or by hand for 10 minutes, adding flour as needed, until soft and workable.
  3. Rest dough for 5 minutes. Divide into 8 equal pieces.
  4. Cut cream cheese into 8 cubes. Flatten each dough piece, add a cube, fold dough around, and seal tightly. Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Cover and rest while preheating oven to 425°F (220°C). Bring a large pot of water (4 inches deep) to a boil.
  6. Boil bagel minis in batches, 1 minute per side. Remove with slotted spoon to baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with egg wash. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  8. Bake 13–15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
