Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups pecans, coarsely chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together corn syrup, eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
