Ingredients
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 package (12 ounces) seasoned stuffing cubes
4 cups shredded cooked chicken
Minced fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 13×9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Stir in seasoned stuffing cubes and shredded chicken until well mixed.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until heated through and the top is lightly golden.
- If desired, sprinkle with minced parsley before serving.
