Description

A cozy casserole combining shredded chicken, creamy sauce, and seasoned stuffing cubes baked to golden perfection — ideal for weeknights or potlucks.

Ingredients

1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 package (12 ounces) seasoned stuffing cubes

4 cups shredded cooked chicken

Minced fresh parsley, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 13×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Stir in seasoned stuffing cubes and shredded chicken until well mixed.
  4. Transfer mixture to the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until heated through and the top is lightly golden.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with minced parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use cream of mushroom or celery soup for a flavor variation.
  • Add vegetables like broccoli, peas, or carrots for extra nutrition.
  • Top with shredded cheese before baking for a cheesy twist.
  • Turkey works well as a substitute for chicken.
