Description

Cheesy Stuffed Meatloaf Bites are a fun, bite-sized version of the classic comfort food, featuring seasoned beef stuffed with gooey cheddar cheese, topped with a tangy ketchup-mustard glaze, and baked until golden. Perfect as appetizers, party snacks, or even a main dish, these juicy, flavorful bites are kid-friendly, crowd-pleasing, and easy to make.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup milk

1 large egg

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until evenly combined.
  3. Flatten a golf ball-sized portion of the mixture in your hand. Place 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese in the center, then fold meat around to form a sealed ball.
  4. Arrange stuffed bites on the prepared baking sheet. Mix ketchup and mustard, then brush over the tops.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Swap cheddar with mozzarella, pepper jack, or gouda for variety.
  • Add chili flakes or cayenne for a spicy kick.
  • Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  • Add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra veggies.
  • Air fry at 375°F for 12–14 minutes for a crispier version.
