Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until evenly combined.
- Flatten a golf ball-sized portion of the mixture in your hand. Place 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese in the center, then fold meat around to form a sealed ball.
- Arrange stuffed bites on the prepared baking sheet. Mix ketchup and mustard, then brush over the tops.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
