Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced flat leaf parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh dill or ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar and/or additional olive oil (if needed)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add the Greek yogurt, barbecue sauce, olive oil, parsley, dill, Kosher salt, onion powder, and garlic powder into a bowl or jar. Stir well or cover and shake vigorously to mix thoroughly.
- Adjust Consistency: If the dressing is too thick, thin it out by stirring in 1 to 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and/or more olive oil until it reaches a pourable consistency.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the dressing for at least a couple of hours to let the flavors meld. Stir again before serving to ensure an even texture.
