Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground chicken (92% lean)
- 1 cup cheese cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 slices cheddar cheese
- 3 sandwich buns
- Lettuce, for topping

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the ground chicken, cheese cracker crumbs, barbecue sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
