Description

Apple Cider Vinaigrette is a quick, tangy, and slightly sweet homemade dressing made with apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, and Dijon mustard. Smooth and versatile, it’s perfect for drizzling over salads, roasted veggies, or using as a marinade, making it a meal-prep staple.

Ingredients

½ cup olive oil

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup honey

2 cloves garlic

2 tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard

1 ½ tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp salt (plus more to taste)

Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper if needed.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

  • Swap honey with maple syrup for a vegan version.
  • Add fresh herbs for an herby twist.
  • Use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic for a milder flavor.
  • Try orange juice instead of lemon juice for a sweeter citrus note.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
