Description

Golden, crispy salmon patties made with canned salmon, herbs, and seasonings, air-fried to perfection—quick, healthy, and delicious with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.


Ingredients

14.75 oz canned salmon, drained

1 large egg

3 tbsp mayonnaise

¼ cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

½ tsp dried dill

¼ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp kosher salt

¼ tsp ground black pepper

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Lemon wedges, for serving

Tartar sauce, for serving


Instructions

  1. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. Drain salmon, remove bones/skin, and chop.
  3. Mix salmon, egg, mayo, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
  4. Divide into 4 portions and shape into patties.
  5. Place patties in basket and spray tops lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry at 390°F for 10–12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.

  • Use gluten-free breadcrumbs or almond meal for GF version.
