Description

These Air Fryer Chicken Bites are crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Ready in just 15 minutes, they’re perfect as a quick meal or a tasty appetizer served with your favorite dipping sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 (about 1 pound) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400˚F (200˚C).
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place chicken pieces in a large bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
  5. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking or tossing halfway through, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from air fryer and serve hot with honey mustard, BBQ sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.
