These 2-ingredient lemon bars are an incredibly easy and quick dessert made with just angel food cake mix and lemon cream pie filling. Soft, fluffy, and bursting with lemon flavor, they’re perfect for a last-minute sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz angel food cake mix
  • 21 oz lemon cream pie filling
  • Powdered sugar, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the angel food cake mix and lemon cream pie filling.
  3. Beat the mixture on medium-high speed until well combined, about 1–2 minutes.
  4. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  6. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
  7. Optionally, dust the top with powdered sugar.
  8. Slice into 12 bars and serve.

Notes

  • Use only the dry angel food cake mix—do not add water or other ingredients.
