Ingredients
For The Dough:
1 cup (140 g) self-raising flour
5 oz (140 g) sweetened Greek yogurt
For The Cinnamon-Sugar Coating:
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Optional: Melted chocolate for drizzling

- Air fry for 5 minutes or until puffed and cooked through.
- Brush warm donut bites with butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
- Serve warm as is or drizzle with melted chocolate.
Notes
- Use sweetened or plain yogurt and adjust sweetness accordingly.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer to ensure even cooking.
- For different coatings, try powdered sugar or cocoa sugar.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored and reheated briefly.
